Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has announced a four-day Eid Al Adha holiday for workers in the private and non-profit sector in the Kingdom. The Eid Al Adha festivities for the sectors will begin on June 27 and end on Friday the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah, corresponding to June 30.

Eid ul-Adha 2023: Celebration

The celebration begins after the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and lasts for three days.

Devotees dress up and wear perfumes when heading for congregational Eid al-Adha prayers in mosques or Eidgahs (prayer places) anytime after sunrise until just before the noon or Zuhr prayers.
